Dispatch and Delivery Information

Shortly after you place your order (following payment process) you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm your order details.  Product will be dispatched within 2 business days from when the order is received by Well2. Once your order has been dispatched for delivery, you will receive a dispatch notification email with an estimated delivery date.

Please make sure that the email address on your order is correct and that the email has not been directed to a spam folder.

Estimated delivery time frames are outlined below in business days and are only intended as a guide:-

Adelaide Metropolitan: 1 – 2 business days
Adelaide Outskirts and South Australia Country: 2 – 3 business days
Interstate (all other states excluding SA): 2 – 4 business days

We make every effort to deliver the goods within the estimated times stated and will not be liable for any losses incurred by late delivery beyond our control. Delivery is not available on Australian public holidays or over SA public holiday long weekends.

We ship all goods via Australia Post postal services.

The standard shipping charge within Australia is AUD$10.00 for orders under AUD$100.  All orders over AUD$100 are free of shipping charges within Australia. 

For orders shipped outside of Australia a delivery fee applies.  If you wish to place an order with us from outside Australia, please email us at shop@well2.com.au and inform us of your product order details and your full postal address including your country. We will calculate the delivery fee and inform you of the fee before confirming and despatching your order with you.

In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

All our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of 1st January 2011.  Product Prices are updated when prices change.
