How to Order

Shop throughout our online store and place the items you wish to purchase into your shopping bag. Use the navigation by ‘Product’ or ‘Category’ to move around.  The ‘Buy’ button is used to add items to your shopping bag.  The ‘Checkout’ button takes you to our checkout page where you can confirm the items you wish to purchase.

You may change the quantity of any item in your shopping bag, as well as remove it completely, at any time. When you have completed all of your shopping, simply fill out and submit the online order form.  Please refer to our 'Dispatch and Delivery Information' for details on dispatch and delivery timeframes and shipping charges.  Please Notes:-  All our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of 1st January 2011. Product Prices are updated when prices change.

Once complete select the ‘Checkout’ button below the ‘press checkout to enter your customer and shipping information’ to proceed to our final checkout page.  Once through our final checkout you will receive an Order Confirmation Number to which you can refer to for tracking purposes. Please include a contact phone number and e-mail address so that we can contact you with any questions regarding your order.

Once the final checkout is complete you will be directed to the eWAY payment gateway where you can complete the purchase via your credit card.  eWAY  operate a secure gateway for all online transactions. Please refer to our 'Payment Information' for further details.

Once the payment process has completed you will be directed back to the Well2 shopping page to view the receipt of the order just placed.  You can print this receipt if required.  You will receive an email from the Well2 Online store confirming your order.  You will also receive an email from eWAY Payment Gateway confirming the credit card transaction.
