Well2 Gift Certificates
Gift certificates can be purchased here through our online store. This is a quick, easy and hassle-free way to purchase a wonderful gift for anyone. Gift certificates are purchased as a value amount, and the recipient is then free to choose their gift. Certificates can be redeemed for any of our products through our online store, or for any service at our clinic premises.  See below for further details on redeeming.
 
To purchase a gift certificate simply complete the form below for the amount and who the certificate is for ensuring you include the recipients email address. The recipient of the certificate will receive an email with the certificate details and a 'Gift Certificate' redemption number.

Once you have completed the details click the 'Submit' button and go to checkout. 
Only after the purchase has been completed will an email be sent to the recipient. 
You will also receive a confirmation email for the purchase.
 

Redeeming Certificates

Gift certificates purchased through our site can be redeemed in two ways:-
 
(1) Through our website for purchase of any of our products.  The recipient of the gift certificate simply selects their item(s), proceeds to the checkout area, and enters their gift certificate number in the appropriate box. If the purchase is for less than the amount of the gift certificate, the remaining value will be held in credit for a future purchase. If the purchase exceeds the value of the gift certificate, the remaining value is payable by the purchaser at the time of the transaction.
 
(2) At our clinic premises for any service(s) with any of our practitioners.  The recipient of the gift certificate will need to phone the clinic on 08 8362 6622 to arrange a time for their service. The recipient then attends the clinic at '2 The Parade Norwood South Australia' at the pre-arranged time, bringing their gift certificate with them. Where the service cost is less than the value of the gift certificate, the remaining value will be held as credit for later services or purchases. Where the cost of the service is greater than the value of the gift certificate, the remaining value is payable at the time of the service provision.

Please Note:- Gift certificates/vouchers are not refundable or redeemable for cash. Gift vouchers must be redeemed within six months of the date of purchase. Gift certificates are purchased for a dollar amount, and are redeemable for goods or services against the value of the gift certificate.
